More than Monitoring: Developing Impact Measures for Transformative Social Enterprise

This report is based on action research conducted with New Zealand based social enterprise, Cultivate, which aims to help vulnerable young people transition into work. The research looks at the ways in which Cultivate monitors and tracks its impacts, and explores how participatory audit processes can be used to capture social impacts on individuals, organisations, and the broader community, using the Community Economy Return on Investment tool.
