A baseline study of Australia's community recycling enterprises (CRE)

This report focuses on community recycling enterprises (CREs) - organisations that exist for the pruposes of reducing landfill and creating employment through reselling materials. It is based on a case study of three local CREs, exploring their impacts and activities, and understanding the conditions which help them succeed. The report aims to inform practice and policy support for CREs, and provide information for the development of new CREs.
